Funding Board Schedule for Fall 2015 – Spring 2016

  • 2 copies of the appropriate Funding Board coversheet are required on both Funding Board Proposal copies.
  • You should meet with the Director of the Student Programming Center (see below for contact information) with a rough draft of your Funding Board proposal before it is submitted for consideration to the Funding Board. It is suggested to meet at least one week before submitting your proposal.
  • If your program requires the signing of a contract the timeline above may have to be extended by at least one extra month.
  • Be mindful of when Fall Break,  Spring Break, and Holiday Closures are scheduled.  You need to leave extra time for planning when we are scheduled to be away from campus.
  • If your program date conflicts the scheduled deadlines please contact the Co-Chairpersons of the Funding Board.
  • The deadline to submit activity based program FB proposals is Thursday, March 3, 2016 for the Thursday, March 24, 2016 meeting.
  • The *April 7, 2015 meeting of the Funding Board will not consider proposals for activity based programs scheduled for Spring 2016. The meeting is for conference, tournament, competitions, retreats, and other travel, etc; supplies, early Fall 2016 programs and other non-activity based programming proposals.

Annual Budget Information:

  • Tuesday, March 1, 2016: Workshop on How to Write the Annual Budget Request
  • Thursday, March 24, 2015: 15 Copies of the ABR are due by 4:30 p.m. in the Student Programming Center, 307 Union Building.
  • If your student organization is eligible to submit the Annual Budget Request you will be contacted.
