The Peer Educators Stress Busters Week is a series of events that are designed to relieve students from the stress and anxiety that are associated with final exams.
The Peer Educators are dedicated to promoting the health of the La Salle University community, and believe that we can do so by providing students with an outlet around one of the most stressful times during the academic school year.
Over the past ten years, Peers have facilitated many Stress Busters events that are free and open to the entire La Salle community.
Peer Educators attempt to conduct programming that will be enjoyable, safe, and informative for everyone.
Stress Busters typically occur the last full week of classes during the Fall and Spring Semesters.
Some of the fun events during Stress Buster week include:
- Ice Cream Socials
- Monday Night Football Tailgaiting Games and Food
- Snacks in the Library
- Tie-Dying Pillow Cases
- Pictures with Santa and Holiday Crafts
- Kissing & Petting – Pets are invited to campus to allow students time to relax and hang out with our fuzzy friends.
- Stress Ball Making
