David Prisco is a career counselor at La Salle University. During the 2014 calendar year, Dave was a graduate intern at La Salle’s career center and officially rejoined the team in November 2015. He has nearly 10 years of varied professional experience including employer relations, talent acquisition, performance evaluation, teaching, sales, training and development. His professional background includes a master’s degree-level education consisting of career counseling, psychology, business administration and human resources from La Salle University as well as international training in history from Somerville College at Oxford University.
During Dave’s spare time, he is an avid collector of vintage sports memorabilia. David started collecting at the age of 8 and his collection has only grown over the years. His prized possession is the complete 1933 Goudey set, including the extremely scarce Napoleon Lajoie card; there are less than 100 known examples worldwide. In 2012, he opened an auction house in the Philadelphia area specializing in selling consigned prewar baseball cards, autographs, and other antiques.
