Meeting Minutes – April 30, 2004

In addition to general business, announcements, and information-sharing, we received updates on the various Community Development personnel searches and the new search for a divisional Information Management Associate, agreed upon a divisional approach to tracking vacation and sick time for our staff, and briefly discussed additional events that will comprise our new post-Opening Weekend orientation initiative. We agreed upon a May date for our own team retreat, for which Dr. C. proposed two topics: new approaches to the creation and management of our annual schedule/calendar of major events and the first step on our “Intensifying our Intentionality” project, the identification of one or more “units of emphasis” for divisional analysis and action each year.
