The Commencement Year Team discussed programming for the months of March and April. The following is a list of the programs suggested.

Suggestions for Website Publicity
The CY Team is suggesting that we start publicizing programs for seniors as soon as possible. The list below does have the notation of “TBA” for things not yet determined. Those things would be updated as information becomes available.

Non-Senior Specific Programming
There will be programs in Spring 2008 that aren’t necessarily for seniors but we will have a special push for seniors. Graduates are encouraged to invite faculty and staff members to attend. Ticket and invitation information is available through the online Graduate’s Guide and then clicking on the Commencement Year Events link.

Ticket Sales for Phillies Game and Graduation Gala
The suggestion was made from Mark Badstubner that the ticket sales for the Phillies Game occur in the Community Development Office, 303 Union. It was also suggested that the Graduation Gala tickets be sold from the Division of Student Affairs Suite. Since the event is hosting students and their families it was felt that an office with an Administrative Assistant be utilized for the ticket sales.
