Meeting Minutes – September 26, 2002

Our meeting focused largely on two tasks that resulted from our charge for 2002-2003. The first task was evaluating a survey that will be distributed to DSA staff through staff teams. The purpose of the survey is to give feedback on the activities that have traditionally been sponsored/coordinated by the SDT and staff participation. Discussion in the meeting centered on giving feedback for the survey, identifying methods of dispersal and collection, and developing a timeline. The second task focused on a follow-up to a presentation by Dr. Chapman regarding results from the AOD Core survey. The committee began developing a plan to meet the charge of “Changing the Campus Culture” first by ensuring DSA staff have appropriate information and tools. Plans will be finalized in our next meeting, to be presented to the Leadership team as required in our charge.
