Meeting Minutes – January 28, 2005

In addition to general business, announcements, and information-sharing, we discussed the January 19 Freshman/Transfer Applications Report from Enrollment Services, a forthcoming proposal from Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Enrollment Services in regard to graduate student housing, a forthcoming proposal from student leaders to share the cost of the purchase of a new van for student/divisional use, and persistent problems with consistent heating in Sts. Albert and Bernard Halls. Copies of the division’s mid-year report were distributed by Dr. Cicala this week to the members of the division and others concerned. We met, along with the Provost and the student leaders of the organizations that comprise The Point, with the Student Affairs Committee of the Board of Trustees. We toured the construction sites of our new student residence and dining facility.
